Today we need to put words of the day on the board; discuss the meaning of scene 4 and Mercutio's "Queen of Mab" speech; take notes on Figurative Language; and finally watch scenes 1-4 of R&J.

1st some notes on the characters views of LOVE and MARRIAGE

Tybalt - Love of Family Honor
Mercutio - Love is nonsense
Nurse - Love is physical
Romeo - Love is romantic
Juliet - Love is commitment
Lady Capulet - Love is about power and money
Lord Capulet - Love is a way to ease burdens/pain
Friar Lawrence - Love is about uniting

Monday - NIGHT
